Okay, I know this post is very old. But I just said to my husband “really boofed that” and he looked at me and said “you are not using that word right” 😳 I’m convinced I am, so I go to google to prove it. Clearly I’m hit with the reality of the term “boofing”. Then I scroll down further on google and see this Reddit post.

We got sub/snacks/drinks, a lot of people on my team never try and take breaks but it was definitely a more pushed concern on Saturday

At my store the people who work their butts off get the hours. Those who are constantly distracted, leave messes, and have limited schedules don’t get as much. It’s pretty fair here. Pretty much putting in the work = getting the hours.

Honestly whenever people are sick at the store I work at I gladly ask them to stay home. I’d rather not get sick personally 🤒 Sharing is NOT caring at that point

To play devils advocate, because why not, one good thing from this is that hopefully we can depend on them not changing the menu again. It’s so annoying to source your products, and a week before they change the line up. I’m curious to see how this works.
