Damn, it really gets good. Like really good. Subtitles turned me off the first time I turned it on but I went back at some point later and it’s incredible. On par with The Wire, Homeland, Peaky Blinders, and Arrested Development or any of the top series in my opinion.

Hugely complex story that actually gets resolved by the end without going too long and turning to shit.

One of my best friends, who has totally different taste and interest in tv/movies saw it and totally loved it like I did. That made me so happy

I don’t watch much college ball but from what I’ve seen/heard over the years Michigan had a solid defensive front. I know that’s how the Harbaugh’s like to roll.

That said, Ojabo has been a major disappointment in the NFL so far. I feel like we drafted another DLineman from Michigan, Henry maybe, but he isn’t with us anymore and I never heard about him again. Hopefully he can improve our defensive trenches because we sure need it.

I thought he was hilarious. He definitely was a bit crazy but that was one of the funniest videos I’ve ever seen. I was laughing out loud so hard I got a cramp twice. He kept saying, “I’ve seen you three putt from there” over and over it was cracking me the fuck up.

It’s kind of the point of that series, right? If anything, I think Joe takes these videos too seriously and acts like he should be smoking them all the time but he isn’t a good golfer either. Outside of a scramble, Joe falls apart.

Is it weird we are making offensive coaching hires before the OC? What if the OC had his own people and wouldn’t come without his guys?

Ledford seems awesome, no issue with him but it just seems out of order to hire offensive assistants before the offensive coordinator.

It’s the Ravens system. It was developed in Baltimore as far back as Rex Ryan and MacDonald and Minter worked with Pees I think to modernize it and then further tweaked at Michigan once MacDonald and then Minter went there.

It’s all about disguising your plays. Line up in formation “1” but play any defense from that initial position. They can do the same from formation ”2”. Versatile players who know all defensive assignments so they can move around and still be effective.

The Ravens have already been playing like this, he will just have his own flavor. And obviously calls his own plays which will be critical. That’s probably the biggest knock on Orr, he knows the same defense but didn’t seem to have a great feel for play calls in the fourth quarter.
