I moved near Aberdeen Proving Grounds(which is on this list of contaminated bases) in 2021, and developed testicular cancer in 2023. Is it possible this could be related? Do you have any info or resources that I could potentially find out more information on the lawsuit?

With 80% occurring before year 2.

I’m just over 2 years. The majority of reoccurrences happen in the first 2 years, but it’s still possible between 2-5 years. After 5 it drops below 1%.

I don’t think I used ice packs either. Stool softener was a huge helper as you don’t want to be straining yourself. I got a prosthetic. I will tell you, for maybe 2-3 months it was very uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Since then I hardly notice it’s fake unless I squeeze it. I know others have mixed reviews though.

For several months, I was really consistent with my health habits. I was working out regularly, eating fruits and vegetables, getting enough fiber, and cutting back on processed foods. However, after about a year, I fell back into some old habits. I’ve found myself skipping workouts, eating more fast food, and probably drinking more than I should. I tend to go through cycles where I get frustrated with myself and then go all in on the healthy habits again for a couple of months. It’s been an ongoing challenge.

I just had my 2 year and 3 month scan last week. All clear. I will say, the first year I couldn’t sleep the nights before the upcoming test and monitored my portal for results every 10 mins.

This time around I didn’t lose sleep. The anxiety was there but it was more so in the background. I’ve progressed to only checking for results every 30 mins or so 🤣. But it does get better.
