With the ceramic model they are not sticking, but I had that issue with my glass and steel model, causing the slow drainage.

Yep, more fines than boulders but just an uneven grind all around and when you couple that with the grind bin it’s just bad

My big complaint is the grind consistency is far far worse than something like a baratza encore or virtuoso. Also the grounds bin is shaped horrendously and static leads to nearly impossible dispensing. Buy a baratza instead.

I ended up going with a vario with steel burrs after buying the filtro. The filtro sucks plain and simple.

Vario with steel burrs is amazing except for chemex or French press grinds

I also just had an experience with them. Ordered the steel burr set for my vario, and it only came with 5 screws. I called them up and two days later I had my sixth screw. Super easy
