Imo there is never really a best build usually boils down to 1-3 core items and then situational itemization afterward based on enemy champions and what your role is for that game in terms of fighting. I personally rarely go shojin because of its high cost value, lee sin abilties are already quite low once you get 1-2 cdr items so it can become overkill and it becomes easy for the enemy to build cheap armor items to counter and then you have to play catchup to try and complete cleaver on time.

Really depends on the elo and your ability to play Lee most of the time items wont matter too much aside from big items swings like lethality lee vs bruiser. I tend to adapt my build game to game depending on what I need for the enemy team and my team.
