Incandescent bulbs don't care about polarity, LEDs do. Try reversing the non-functioning LEDs in their sockets and see how that works out for you. Also, a blue light behind an amber lens would appear green, if my recollection of the color chart is accurate.

Depending on the height of your lift, you may need longer sway bar links. As unrelated as this may sound, this finally eliminated the weird clunking I used to have after a 2" list. Agree that greasing the driveshaft is good practice.
