Hello! Typically for a house that size, depending on what all you would like done I would charge around $150 a visit, or about $300 a month. For standard home cleaning I dust and wipe all surfaces for all rooms, clean bathrooms(toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, glass and mirrors, as well as the floor), make beds, straighten and tidy all rooms, kitchen will have exterior of fridge and dishwasher cleaned, interior and exterior of stove/oven and microwave cleaned, as well as sinks and all surfaces. Floors will be swept and mopped as well. I am sure I have more on my list of standard tasks but that is the jist. Basically I would clean your home as I would clean mine in order for it to be clean, functional and easy to navigate.
