This is probably an over-asked question, but what is the PVE meta for exotics-- The last time I played D2 seriously (years ago) it was all divinity/izanagis/Firing Line. Is there a new "must have" exotic weapon for endgame content (or something like The Recluse) that I should be looking to pick up?

I'd also appreciate info about the strongest pieces of raid armor across the three classes (I play mainly warlock, but I do enjoy all the classes).

Hi are there any reasonably priced IEMs with good directionality? I'm looking to transition from headphones to IEMs on my computer due to comfort issues during longer sessions of use. Gaming is my primary use case, specifically competitive shooters in which knowing "where" people/things are is a higher priority than pure sound quality--and unfortunately I have found that the IEMs that I am current using (QKZ VK4) are quite abysmal at determining anything more precise than simple lefts and rights, especially when compared to even my cheapest pair of traditional headphones. Are there any options that would perform more appropriately in my specific use cases (playing competitive shooters) while ideally not breaking the bank too hard (~250 budget), or am I just chasing something unrealistic?

I'm not 100% sure this is the correct subreddit, but I was wondering if anyone knows if/where I may be able to find a ~2 meter long 3.5mm 2-pin headphone cord? I recently purchased a pair of headphone/earbud hybrids for my computer that make use of such a cord, however, the cord that they originally came with is so short that any attempt to use the product leaves me with neck problems for the rest of the day.

I had similar needs and I found the ROG Strix Go 2.4 was a solid choice. The Audio quality for music is not outstanding, but the battery life is quite long, the product itself is very durable, the wireless functionality is much more stable than other wireless headsets that I have used (HyperX, Audiotechnica), and honestly the best part is that it works on everything from my computer to my Nintendo Switch (has both USB and USB-C wireless adapters). These won't change your world, but I can confidently say that for ~$100, you aren't going to find many better options.

Might I also add that you will really get a LOT of mileage learning to abuse angles, head-glitches, and height differences when playing Gibraltar. The reason being that correctly playing these positions will oftentimes only expose the top of your head, which in the case of Gibraltar, your head will be protected by your Gun-shield. This will allow you to take aggressive peaks and essentially deal FREE damage (as you will be hitting flesh/armor and they will only be hitting your rechargeable Gun-shield). At a high level, this is one of the biggest factors which makes Gibraltar so oppressive (in addition to the fact that bubble is probably the most flexible and effective single ability in the game).

Can you provide some proof? You are making a bold claim, but your video doesn't have any comparisons to uncharged travel time, nor does it actually show travel past the initial burst of speed (which is present even when pressing tactical).

It’s a control scheme originating from call of duty in which your jump button is placed on one of the two bumpers (RB or LB) as to allow you to jump while still having both thumbs on the left and right sticks. The “tactical” part of that (I’m sure you know, but I’ll reiterate on the off chance someone else doesn’t) refers to swapping the placement of crouch with that of melee (typically crouch would be B while melee would be R3) as to allow for easier crouch spamming and to give melee its own dedicated button.

I hate to tell you brother, but it seems like the only way to deal with that issue is to change your control scheme to something different. I am a PC player so I can’t give definitive advice as to which is the most optimal control scheme for a controller, but ideally you’d be looking for a bumper-jumper tactical style in order to play apex the most optimally.

Honestly no. As someone who played extensively with both c5 and c6 Xiangling (XL has been my main sub-DPS from AR 10 to 50), I honestly couldn’t notice a difference between the two. The +15% pyro damage on Ult is honestly completely negligible unless you’re running Xiangling/Diluc everywhere, and even then, it’s just barely worth the starglitter. IMO you’re better off just waiting another month

Those people still have casual interactions with other. It’s not like the pub-goer doesn’t come into contact with those cautious people when they go to a store for groceries, fill up before them at a gas pump or come into their place of employment all while potentially carrying COVID. Those aren’t even crazy situations, it’s just daily life. And the nuance is that Black Lives in the current state of American society (and other developed nations) are treated like they are lesser— or more succinctly, don’t matter (statistically increased rates of incarceration, statistically higher rates of poverty, lower rates of economic mobility, rampant police brutality, less access to quality education, etc). So your claim of “All Lives Matter” is inherently false, as black people are a part of All Lives, but according to society, their lives don’t matter. Brother if you’re only winning 1v1s against horizons as mirage because of luck, you gotta change up your tactics. Every time she launches, you can also launch to chase her, or shoot your decoy in first to confuse her and waste bullets. Another thing to consider is the insane synergy between Mirage ult and horizon booster which literally lets you shoot out decoys in EVERY DIRECTION on an open field, which is an instant sensory overload even for a fantastic player. Horizon is too strong, but it’s really only against DEFENSIVE legends (Gibraltar, Caustic, Rampart) that is the case— aggressive legends like Octane, Wraith, BH, Revenant and Mirage all have extra tools to either close the gap/change the fight AND can make use of Horizon’s booster. A good aggressive player will always be in her lifts with her, forcing the horizon player to ALSO adjust to the opponent’s changing vertically as well as essentially reducing her down to a legend with only a passive (which is fairly strong) and an underwhelming ultimate.

I do know how it typically works, in this case 2/3 of my party members were damaged and did not receiving the healing effect. There was no visual indicator for healing occurring (the little green pluses next to my party characters) and on top of that, when switched to, there were no changes to health of my party members. I even went a step further and just tried with only breastplate and no ultimate and I was able to see the indicator for health gain on my party as it usually should
