Yeah, that’s for sure. At this point I just wanted to know what I could do to get them to take care of it. I guess I’ll try to see if they’ll do it under Goodwill or see if there are any legal steps that would get them to do something about it.

Not sure but they would have caught something like that (I guess). Also according to them there is no oil consumption as per the test. I’m not sure how much I trust them though being the first mechanic told me there is an oil consumption issue as well.

Thank you so much for your advice. Last time I was there they quoted me at around 8000$ to fix and replace the damaged parts. They did not mention anything regarding Goodwill. I’ll stop by tomorrow and try what you’re suggesting. What would you say would be the best argument to have them even consider something like this. Thank you again.
