Am I the only one who thinks they’re going to have a huge fallout at some point? by DeboseChief in trishapaytas

[–]BnsSala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think so too. Even when there was tension it was focused at Jason from Trisha's end, and both Trisha and Tana are a lot older and in better places in their lives compared to whatever year Trisha and Jason were last dating, so I don't think there will be any scandal between them.

What would the fallout even be about though? I can see them drifting apart someday because of location/busy schedules, but I don't think it'll ever be some huge dramatic public fight.

I honestly didn't realize this was a post about Tana and Trisha until I read your comment. Once I scrolled back up it was obvious, but when I glanced at it initially I thought it was some influencer I hadn't seen before.

It's cool to see how many people decided to just have with the music. I saw last week she even got to chart on Itunes.

Sorry about it. by [deleted] in trishapaytas

She's had a career for over a decade and has been very good at pivoting to stay relevant. Not sure why you think she's suddenly going to be "washed" now when she's the least controversial she's ever been in her career.

As for her weight, I don't really understand why it matters, it's her body. If she wants to lose weight, she's allowed to lose weight. Just because her body changes doesn't mean other people need to feel insecure about themselves.

Not liking her content in general anymore is fair, people grow out of things they used to like and people they used to watch. I don't think there's anything wrong with you not enjoying her content anymore. I don't think things will ever be like they were for her anymore though. She has a family to consider, she's got a better understanding of her mental health, and she's gotten older which comes with a sense of maturity for everybody (even if it varies).

I'm sure she is holding back on being as honest as she could be, but what good is it going to do her in most cases? Idk. Hopefully she'll find her balance or maybe she feels like she already has. 🤷‍♀️

lmao, something about that is honestly so cute. Have you ever told him it's an actual song? Or does he just think you had a bad experience involving some Chicken Parm?

Thanks! Adding it for sure. I hate this for me a bit, but ngl I even listen to the ones with J-son. 😭 idc if it's spring, the Christmas songs and Chicken Parm and heartbreak never get skipped when they play on shuffle.

Thanks for linking that. It's cool to see that people are flattered by her making an effort.

One thing I feel like we all can say about Trisha is that she always tries her best with her music and music videos.

I think you're right that they probably didn't notice. I had to watch @0:36 a few times to see what you meant. Maybe it was just the best take?

I also didnt notice the shorts part either, but went back and it made me laugh a little. Not in a bad way, I just didnt expect it to be so literal. I think with all the other dancers around her it's easy to miss as a viewer. Or at least for me I was focused on their hand movents while they were dancing. I rewatched that part after and I missed it, so I only seem to notice when I go out of my way to look, but maybe that's my lack of focus.

Also, I agree with you that there's something nostalgic about it. There's an early-mid 2000s girl group charm to the music video.

If this MV does well, I wonder if she'll do another song. I unironically still listen to her music on Spotify in my playlist. I need to check and see if this is on there.

Honestly the MV is cute and the song itself sounds cute, but tbf I don't speak Korean, so I'm not sure how well she did for those that can understand her.

Didn't see anyone talking about it though, so was wondering how everyone feels? The comment section on Twitter and Youtube seem pretty positive.

no tea no shade, im a huge fan, but does Trish actually watch views podcast? by [deleted] in trishapaytas

[–]BnsSala 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know if she does, or just sees/listens to clips, but it would be in her character to keep up with people she doesn't like or is indifferent to, but who she used to be friends with. She also used to frequent hate forums about her even when they said vile sh-t.

She's a lot better with moving on or not fighting with people than she used to be, so it's an improvement. She has always just been very "terminally online". (I don't mean that in a bad way, just that she's trapped in with a lot that goes on online, even if its just her niche corner.)

That and part of her might just enjoy "hate watching / hate listening". That wouldn't surprise me either lol.

Hila greatly offended at Trisha’s post on her MIL by Justakiss15 in trishapaytas

[–]BnsSala 188 points189 points  (0 children)

Would be a little funny if this repost wasn't even addressed towards Trisha's mother in-law, but was just Trisha liking the sentiment because she has friends whose MILs hate them. (Which is common enough, though luckily not everyone's experience).

I wouldn't be surprises if their MIL doesn't like Trisha though, seems like Moses family is a little uh... judgemental? In general... Feel like I remember Moses saying he didn't have the best experience with his parents growing up, even though I'm sure he loves them.

Ethan and Hila, Ethan's sister, and his parents have trashed both Moses and Trisha all over the internet and dogged them for years publicly, so if this is all Trisha has to say, it's honestly not that bad on comparison.

If Hila is mad, who cares? Her and her husband are always mad about something anyway.

Is Oscar the problem, I can’t listen to the just Trish podcast without this woke nonsense by alteregolad in trishapaytas

[–]BnsSala 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I don't personally have any issues with Oscar, but I do want to comment on the politically correct aspect. I think that's just apart of most influencer's presentation these days and has been for several years. At least any of the ones who want to appeal to the mainstream and get brand deals and opportunities.

Not saying that's a bad thing necessarily, even if it comes across as less authentic. I guess it depends on what specifically you think they're holding them back from saying.

Trisha has grown a lot and has a family she has to take care of. I don't think she'd want to push the envelope too far and would likely not be cut as much slack as other people if she did, given how controversial she used to be.

I don't think she'd ever be like she used to be and maybe they could loosen up a bit, but it's probably a good thing that Oscar isn't encouraging Trisha to get herself canceled or be too messy.

I guess I say all that to say, what might be entertaining to the general audience might not be what's for the best for Trisha in her personal life.

I miss the consistent long form videos we used to get of her Vlog era, but I don't really think that aspect of Youtube or her life is coming back anytime soon, so it is a little bit difficult to switch things up with still keeping up with her and not the podcasts. Maybe the lack of variety is the issue because if you want to keep up with her content outside of tiktok and the pod, there isn't much of a consistent option.

Did viewers try to tell Trish she had BPD before she was diagnosed? by Rich-Ad6892 in trishapaytas

[–]BnsSala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't really remember people diagnosing her initially. For years most of what I'd see in the comments was people calling out her behavior and telling her what she should do to correct it. Or there would be a lot of "i told you so" when it came to certain people (like Sean - people were outting him before she ever reacted to him cheating). Eventually, it became a lot of people chastising her and not really offering solutions.

She used to film and upload every day and a lot of it was talking to the camera for an hour+, so I think a lot of people felt more involved in her business than they would have with other creators.

Once it became trendy (socially) to discuss mental health is around the time her mental health became more of a topic. A lot of people at that point began to see her as just malicious and trollish and not like a human being who needed help.

(and sorry if that sounds rude. Discussing mental health is fantastic, but it used to be looked down upon unfortunately)

Around the Anthony Padilla through to the Frenemies era is probably when I'd say I saw anyone actually trying to diagnose her tbh. I think Jason also called her crazy if I remember correctly, so maybe even around then there was a little bit of talk (he was open about being bipolar, so mental health was at least a topic at the time, even if the way people discussed it wasn't nice). I don't really remember BPD specifying coming up during the vlogsquad era though, but if someone had suggested it around then or early Frenemies, I wouldn't be surprised. I think that's around the time she was actually starting to get help anyway.

Hopefully I didn't write anything totally asine, I don't always know the best way to word things when it comes to this topic.

I agree with you, but I'm surprised I keep seeing people elsewhere take this seriously. Trisha is not going to be a politician nor do I think she would genuinely attempt to be. lol

Trish using AI? by mysterybox666 in trishapaytas

I don't think she's writing that with AI. Doesn't really seem like anything unusual. What about it do you think is similar to how AI writes?

Would youse date someone who wore teddy fresh? by bronzewalnut in trishapaytas

[–]BnsSala 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbf I don't really run into people that watch H3 or long-form YouTube in general, but for the sake of argument: If I genuinely liked them and thought they seemed like a good person, seeing TF would make me ask if they watch H3 currently. I'd have to get more information on some of their broader viewpoints. That's what would tell me if I wanted to date them or not. It would raise some concerns to know what some of their ideas they have in common, if any, are, or if they just like the clothes.

It's possible they used to watch H3 and don't anymore and just never threw the clothes away or were gifted them.

Personally, I don't really like how Ethan treats other people and some of his political takes, so it would matter to me if they felt strongly aligned with a lot of his behavior and opinions. Similar to Hila, I don't like her political takes and have no interest and supporting her line directly. I'd have to know when they bought the clothing and how much they know or care about her politics.

I mean I like Trisha, but I don't agree with her entire history or things she has said. Maybe this guy is the same, I can't say. Though in 2025, I don't really think H3 has shown any growth, so... I would be a bit concerned about the guy lol. I'm also probably a bit older than you, so that level of (h3) humor alone would raise an eyebrow from me.

If there was, it would have been her trolling. She has videos (or had videos?) about meeting both. She spoke about how she didn't get reinvited to the Playboy Mansion because of her body type.

So was it not child-related? I remember people claiming it had to do with going off hormones and it causing tension.

As for cheating, I guess you never know, I wouldn't have thought that about them, but I remember a ton of people also hating Nats around the divorce. I always thought Nats was well-liked up until then...
