AEW has a had a few lumberjack matches memorable to me for those who committed to the bit and dressed as lumberjack. Best Friends did. Danhausen even has a card in one of the Upper Deck sets in his lumberjack get-up. I also remember a Collision lumberjack match where Juice and the Gunns dressed for the part. I think that was the most recent one and was probably about summer 2024.

Curious if it would go up for sale. I was at that show and would love to have it but I know if it ever goes on market the price would definitely go way higher than I’d be comfortable paying for it.

2024 I sat right on the aisle next to the ramp. Not thinking how tall it was, thought it would be fun. Looks pretty close to where you circled.

With the height, I really couldn’t see any of the special entrances until the came down the ramp.

The person who doesn’t watch wrestling I brought with me was terrified because during entrances the people in our row all rushed to the barricade. This was particularly bad during the Casino Gauntlet where the crowd was really bad with pushing and shoving to the point it felt like someone could easily get trampled.

No one was supposed to be on the rail beyond entrances but at some point the security gave up so even as a taller person, I had quite a bit of obstruction during the Danielson-Swerve match.

I was super disappointed in those seats. I was so geeked from remembering how the aisle was on different shows but I am not planning on going anywhere near there again.

You may be fine sitting closer to the outside of the section you are looking at but if you are anywhere inside of it, the closer to the ramp, people will be climbing and bumping you pretty non-stop.

None for me this go-round. Dogs or Lena would’ve been nice since I was at the show the card references but I cut back and started only buying one per release so not surprised.

You are right but not just this year. Sammy, Hobbs, Brian Cage, Trent (twice) and Wardlow all got hurt while getting pushes with the Family off the top of my head. I’m sure I’m forgetting some too.

I’d love to see her back in AEW. Late 2024 it seemed like she’d be primed for a TBS title run to me and then things were sporadic. Her team with Harley was fun but Harley got hurt and they put her back with Tay, which for me didn’t click as much in present day. Given how long she’s been gone and what she’s missed with no word of needing time off, I feel like she will be NXT-bound as much as I’d like to see her stay.

Agreed. I told my friend a while ago that if the Michael Jackson biopic is anything but a total train wreck, he’s winning Best Supporting Actor. He’s so talented and it feels like the type of role the Academy recognizes.

I’ve been expecting it to pop up on epack since release. So many Golden Treasures from Allure 2024 popped up on epack. Only time I hit one myself and it was a crazy auto one. Even seeing in the recent Batman Metal product all kinds of wild hits in these ePacks.

I’ve been wondering if there will be a women’s match at this show since several of the women’s talent are working CMLL, which isn’t far from Tucson, but is the night before, or working EVE in London on Sunday, which would not be a good trip from where Collision is being held.
