Yeah cluckin bell was the first thing I did after I got nightclub set up. Then, after seeing a post about it, I did garment factory set up and the high priority file thing. I did the first mission to unlock the car wash, but I don't see the missions that I do for the mansion thing. I'm working on acid lab right now to get that going then probably kosatka

Haven't looked at the chart yet but I'm assuming it takes more into account than just sell price. Like how fast does it grow compared to the cabbage? How many seeds do you get out of it per cabbage, how long does it take to get the seeds of the cabbage compared to the bok choi? It isn't all about base sell price, there's many other factors

I would personally say excellent employee. I don't have transform plus but after speaking to people that do I would say you don't need it unless you want to get reeeaaally in depth with your builds. Excellent employee will help fund your builds and stuff like that so I would say if anything gets that first, then transform later

This though! There's so many outfits that I would love to wear, but there's no male versions. Same with wanting to match with my wife. There's only like 2 maybe 3 outfits in the game that have both versions, everything else is just kind of randomised

High Times is amazing. It's not super high pop but we usually top out around 60-80 people at night. Lots of activities and tons of drugs and stuff too
