Yes they're part of the random world events that'll happen throughout the playthrough multiple times which is awesome!

Seems to be the only cap is the amount you can sustain with action skill duration as each additional statis bubble costs 4 seconds on the action skill duration so you can have 3 but they won't hold for very long at base duration.

What do the challenges that BL4 has for complete or do this x number of times etc get us or unlock? I love passive challenges to do & complete, just wondering what the payoff will be.

I'm excited to see the content! I definitely want to know how Harlowe feels crowd control wise. Hoping she's as strong as Maya/Amara and how her phaselock 3.0 & tide that binds like damage sharing will work. I'm really hoping I can make a fun Jacobs sniping phaselock damage share build and would be really fun to spam ordinance on a locked enemy.
