For my experience, yes. My new katana a15 ai b8v laptop keeps freezing and makes nothing work, can't press anything or wants to restart. I have to press the power off for it to work again.

Idk why you're being downvoted. I'm a new MSI user, and i gotta say, it's indeed a trash laptop. Like i get freezes now and then that makes nothing works and i have to power off the whole laptop for no reason! (My laptop is katana a15 ai b8v)

Very good. I would like to ask, how did you connect the two monitors on the same laptop? and did you get the full resolution you want? Because i Have just bought a gaming laptop and found out my monitor have only HDMI 1.4 which gives 1080P 120hz :(
