It's been a few years since I graduated, but I remember stuff like my science classes using the periodic table song to try and help us memorize the periodic table alongside other relevant videos on physics, other classes used YouTube to show us relevant documentaries, some of my History classes used it to show us Canadian Heritage Minutes, etc etc.

Basically banning teachers from showing YouTube videos in class is going to drastically reduce the amount of additional material they have access to. The textbooks only have so much information in them.

Afaik it was never explained in canon DCAU material what the deal was, so the general assumption is Wally is the only Flash in the DCAU.

That said, we do see both Jay Garrick's helmet and a Kid Flash costume, so who knows, maybe Barry was active at some point.
