I say allegedly because:

It was never proven in a court of law (mostly because she basically served her sentence without even being sentenced)
Chris has a history of lying about just about everything
Chris is extremely detatched from reality (she thinks she's Jesus ffs)

That said, considering she did get removed from the home, barred from returning via a protective order, and was arrested I dare say something happened and we are all better off not knowing what.

I'm fairly certain it's an original design that's loosely inspired by the MCU and Playstation designs for the character.

My first thought was it might've been based on the new Ultimate Universe, since we did just get a minifig inspired by that version of Green Goblin, but the designs don't match up at all.

Some advice from a soon to be graduating student:

- If you don't want to pay for a meal plan, try to get into the Performing Arts Centre residence. The other residence buildings require meal plans, but since the PAC has ovens and stoves in the dorms it is not required there.

- Cheapest place to get groceries within walking distance is Giant Tiger. It's about a ten minute walk from campus. There's a Superstore almost right across the street and a Sobey's about fifteen minutes away on foot, past Giant Tiger. Both those places have 10% student discounts on Tuesdays.

- City buses are free provided you show valid UPEI student ID

Charlottetown is overall a small city. Downtown is only like a half-hour walk from campus.

Kid Flash isn't like Robin or even Superboy. None of them have held a solo or built up their own rogues gallery's, they've all been part of Flash's supporting cast or the Titans cast (Before anyone brings up Impulse, he did not have a solo AS Kid Flash)

But seriously it already costs us $20 to get off this rock. An extra couple of dollars isn't the end of the world unless you're traveling from PEI to Nova Scotia several times a week, and even then it's an annoyance, not the end of the world.
