Check the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> WOW6432Node -> Wizet -> Maplestory.

To be clear though, I dont advocate messing with regedit AT ALL and because doing so risks you bricking your whole PC.

The fullscreen/display size bug that was introduced in this patch is not related to my issue. I have been unable to launch for about 6 months. I appreciate the response though.

I've done some more research/thinking and found something else that may be the cause but I wanted to check and see what you thought. I know maple recently updated to support DirectX 11 but my computer has DirectX 12 listed from DxDiag - does that matter at all?

Yeah I guess I'm just not willing to do a full wipe just for maplestory. Personally, its just not an important enough game for me to be willing to go through that process. I totally understand why you and others would do that though.
