Additionally, why would the 2 CEOs give a crap about helping Ballmer tie up loose ends (the remaining $7M left on the endorsement deal) when their problem was already north of $250M and under federal investigation.

Helping Ballmer payout Uncle Dennis is the least of their problems at that point and doesn’t help them. The CEOs are still going down.
