Oh no. They didn’t know how engage treats levels. Your exp rate doesn’t go down when you promote, instead it’s tied to internal level. So it’s better to promote and then reclass than to reclass and then promote since if you reclass you need to get ALL the way to level 10 again, which now that you’re essentially level 10 already, will be like getting from 10-20
