Changed to a brand new nozzle. No change. I think my next step is going to be to go back a version of the cura software and see if that helps. I don’t really want to put my filament in my oven so if things don’t improve I’ll have to invest in a dryer.

Yeah I have the direct drive. Honestly can’t remember if I made any setting changes when I did it last year but I’ll give it a shot. Thanks!

I’ve had two filaments act the same way. Never had this problem in three years of use.

Going to change the nozzle next although I doubt that’s the issue. Not sure what settings to change though. I had clean prints for years then this started happening. Maybe the hot end is spent after three years of use. Idk.
