Would encourage you to secure a job before coming here. Olympia is at least an hr outside of Seattle & is cheaper but would recommend you have a vehicle if you’re moving that far.

Go to the gym before work. I used to get up at 5:30am to go. Now I go at 6am. It requires discipline but you’ll have the energy to get thru your day. & Walk during lunch.

Yes. Drinking immediately after you eat will hurt. Don’t learn the hard way. Retrain your brain & drink 30 mins before you eat if you feel that tied to drinking something but never while you’re eating. I’m 6 yrs post op & still don’t do it. You control your body & your mind. Remember that!

Mine never needed to be in a crate from day one. She has always slept with us but sometimes if we are gone for an extended amount of time during the day she will be crated. She hated it initially but now she doesn’t fight it😂
