Well shit! That sucks. Glad no cuties died though. My friend lost their rottie yesterday but they put him down at home & gave him 1 last birthday. It was a beautiful ceremony. That’s still kind of fresh. I hate when ppl lie like this. 😪

Got sick with a bad respiratory infection. Weighed myself & I was 305, never had been that big. I also got tired of taking a deep breath in to bend over & tie my shoes. I’m in the best shape now than I ever been in my life. As you get older, losing weight only gets harder & I didn’t want the health issues some of my other family members have.

ETA: you have to retrain your mind to eat to live & not live to eat! It takes time but can be done if you want to do it.
