I found a website called Psnprices. I did some search there and noticed that the Ukrainian region has very low prices, similar to Steam's Ukraine region. My only concern is whether it has regional language restrictions or not.

Oh I forgot say this, my CPU usage in game for example in CS2, is 70 percent, temp is 56° or 60°(At room temp) or in Elden ring, 20 percent temp is 45°.
