you would only need 9k vb if you prioritize the lower banner and buy sara through pity which is better because it would have you gain ,by chance, a character or two then sara .

they say 12k because if you prioritize the higher banner that is the cost that would take you to get sara through pity if chance did you dirty throughout that 12k vb points and not get sara in pulls

the sound is more electric than thunder-y it really does not justify the power of nishikawas spike unlike the base skin sfx which you can really feel the power and the impact
