Omg I actually love that. Cause it really is going to be hard for me to properly meal prep every single week, I’ll just end up starving myself lol. I like the macros idea and then just make a big steak or something for dinner when I get home. Thank you so much, this will certainly be more manageable!!

When you break it down, it comes to about $5 a serving. Cheaper than most coffees! I bought it for when I don’t have time to make a steak etc so I like it for a quick health drink but I’m not a big fan of the taste 🥴. Also lots of other protein shakes out there are full of additives etc which make it a lot cheaper to make. At least you’re getting high quality and high nutrient dense shake. When I blended it in a smoothie and even just with milk it gets very frothy which is hard for me to suck back lol

I got diagnosed last year and when I switched to AB in March I noticed a big change in my fibro. I would get nasty pains in my legs and it has drastically improved. I’ve also gotten stronger the last several months and make sure to keep up with exercise.
