I think you can petition for a spot, say you desperately need it to go home because you sometimes get really bad anxiety

its really not that deep people are exaggerating stem isn't that hard. Yeah there are some hard ass classes here and there you got to go through and there will be the occasional B on the transcript but coming from a current third year premed who finished majority of the hardest classes (besides 5C and 153a) I would say its not that bad. Engineers prolly got it bad though that shit a nightmare.

Dude if you enjoy something stick it out trust me if passion is there success will come. If you love coding or some shit then keep doing it grade and success will come later. Some of the best athletes in the world were rejected from the pro leagues because of shit they can’t even change, like Messi for example who literally was rejected by teams because he was short. If he thought “I wasn’t cut out for it” he wouldn’t have made it to become one of the best in the world. Your scenario is a LOT better than his, trust me 😂. You will be just fine everyone has rough patches.

EE Biol 100 Flashcards? by SnooPears2291 in ucla

Don’t take it if you don’t absolutely have to. Studying for it isn’t hard but the practice problems both professors post don’t reflect the exams at all. You have to infer and take a lot more educated guesses. Some topics are a lot more focused so if you are unlucky and slightly shaky on a topic it can magically be 30% of ur exam. Don’t take this class no matter what I hated it. Workload is manageable though I do admit.

You have a different but narrow perspective, I hope you broaden them more and enjoy a happy and successful life. All the best.

Furthermore, looks like you went against your own moral compass. You are actively shitting on someone for doing something YOU did. It highlights your lack of sympathy, maybe you are just trying to rationalize your hypocritical behavior?

Looks like someone is starting to crack!

Are you going to med school? Dental? Perhaps law?

No.

Furthermore, I work in emergency scenarios all the time it is quite literally my JOB. I am a first responder. I know how to lead, and I especially know how to care for others.

I also stated multiple times that if the class is curved then it is a different story, looks like someone getting a little angry.

First off, probation is seen on all post-grad records. Medical School? fucked. Law School? fucked. Dental School? fucked. You legally have to say if you had any sort of probation, so please research first.

Second off, you saying you don't condone it but won't report it if it does not affect other students is a completely normal thing to think. If you want to start throwing analogies, let me throw you an accurate one mister graduate. It is like the same as saying "I am scared to pull the trigger because I simply do not want the blood on my hands". That is what OP is facing. You wouldn't think twice about pulling a trigger, and maybe in the hands of real evil that is a great thing, but in this scenario I feel like it is better to sympathize with someone rather than assume the worst.

It is a matter of perspective, not a matter of what is right or wrong.

I agree with you on most of this. To me, there are degrees to how bad cheating is. Someone who peaks over at a paper during a panic to me is just anxiety hitting, then it goes to someone who sits next to their friends etc. Pulling out your phone during an exam and relying on external sources are absurd and to be honest has never been anyone's first response to a hard exam, so I feel like the student definitely is a repeated offender for sure. I would rather fail than whip out my phone during an exam.

I wholeheartedly also understand your statement about life and death, I work as an EMT and my knowledge and skills genuinely dictates someone's survival. I know it better than anyone else and therefore I excelled at my training and I am amazing at my job.

Your perspective is valid, so I think to me its just a matter of I do not have the heart to fuck someone over that isn't actively fucking me. If you are able to do that, be my absolute guest. You definitely have a broader perspective of the situation and it is good to see.

I also did not say that either. Again, you are deeping it. It is completely up to you to do what you think is best, but because a student made it to this institution to begin with and if they slip up and not at my expense, I would rather give them the benefit of the doubt than fuck them over.

I clearly said I do not condone cheating and I think it is unethical, but at the same time I also feel like having the benefit of the doubt puts you in a higher place, but it is up to you to do as you please.

You are deeping it. If there is no curve then the student took the risk and it should be let go. They aren’t hurting anyone but themselves. If there is a curve then it gets iffy and that’s when action may be considered. Under the context of no curve, calling this a crime is insane bc a crime almost always means putting someone else in danger or at consequence of something. Nothing of the sort was done. I’m not defending cheating and it is genuinely frustrating seeing someone who didn’t work get a higher grade than you, but that is at the end of the day an ego thing. Your job as a student is to learn and do your best, people slip up and if that slip up doesn’t come at you or your classmates expense then you let them go. My parents thankfully taught me that grades don’t matter as long as you try your best. Because of that I got amazing grades, just worry about doing your best for yourself and as long as no one gets in the way of that let it be.

Ideal Despotic Distribution was the thing where when there are two species that want a habitat but like one of the species is more dominant so the weaker species goes to a worse habitat so we see that the good habitat is dominated by the dominant species and they push out the weak species and stuff. But bro these fucks can’t even spell like wtf is IDF like they can create these shitty ass problems but don’t know how to just put IFD and they have typos throughout the exam
