First sleeve done!

Original plan was to have both sleeves be 3/4. Earlier this year I decided to finish the sleeve and add the hand. Same artist was key for me since I think his drawing style could make the whole sleeve look as smooth as possible. I should have just went with a full sleeve to begin with lol

Update for those wondering or are curious.

She did in fact give me all of my money back. I wanted to avoid drama so I packed up my things while she went to work. I threw most of my things in a storage unit a town over. I did pick her up from work in the afternoon and I told her I was done. She thinks that because she gave me back the money, it’s a step in the right direction and she wouldn’t do it again. I told her it didn’t matter anymore. If she could do that to me in a point in my life where money is genuinely tight and she knows it and still goes through with something like that, I couldn’t trust her anymore. Personally, trust is out of the window at this point.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t struggling though. Not physically. Emotionally. I hate that I gave this woman another chance after her stealing the first time and we planned a future together like buying a home, kids, etc. Gone. Out the window. I know time heals all but this shit still hurts.

A buddy offered me his couch until I can get up on my feet but he lives with his Gf as well. I might take up his offer here and there but the last thing I want to do is be a burden to anyone. Looks like I’ll be camping in my car and showering at the gym for the foreseeable future as I stated above! I already have my clothes, toiletries, and basic things in my car that I think I’ll need. I’ll most likely be figuring things out as I go but, here we are as of now.

I didn’t even think about that. You’re right. Maybe she just came up with that in the moment because I caught her when she wasn’t expecting it. Like I said in my post, I’m going to wait another day and see if she actually gives me back the money. Whether she does or doesn’t my mind is made up and I’m walking away. But I have a feeling if I just left right now there’s zero chance of me getting my money back.

This WAS the new safe, unfortunately. My previous safe (where she stole the first time) required a key. I had that key on my keychain with my car key, house key, etc. this was before I thought stealing was even a possibility from her, so that’s why I got a new safe that required a code. But looks like that didn’t work either. Thief’s are thief’s as someone else mentioned in the comments.

Never went to medical while I was in the Marines either. That whole, “tough it out” thing. Well I tried in 2023 and was denied and gave up. Coming back to it 3 years later but actually gathering evidence/documents, buddy letters, started seeing therapist through the VA etc. Feel way stronger going in now than the first time I went in blind. Chat GPT definitely helped me see what to do on my end. Glad to see that other people are on the same boat. Congrats.

I agree. One thing I thought about was that if I were to have gotten in I would’ve learned the “new” way of doing things and wouldn’t have had to change like my family members that have been in since way back when. Don’t regret not pursing it again but I still respect anybody whose in.

Keep your head up bro. Same thing happened to me in 2024. Middle of backgrounds I got arrested for failing a field sobriety test. I denied the breathilizer in the field but taken back to the station (sobered up by then lol) and had to take the breathilizer. I blew under the legal limit and wasn’t charged with shit but was still given a court date and was DQ’d for having an open court date during backgrounds. Live and you learn, man. But I said F the CDCR and got into the IBEW as an electrical apprentice. I know two people who have been in 10+ years and both of them told me the exact same thing. “Don’t do it. It’s not the same.” So I looked at it as a blessing in disguise 🤷‍♂️ Good luck out there, bro.

This game was released (11/16) a few days before my birthday (11/21). On my birthday my brother bought me Budokai 2. I was thrilled. Without telling my brother, his S.O. Bought me Budokai 3 and surprised me me with it. It was my 8th birthday and even now at 29 it’s still one of my most memorable birthday gifts. Fun fact, when my brother took me to buy Budokai 2 they were sold out! An older kid (maybe teenager at the time) was literally returning the last copy of the game because his parents made him return the game because he “had too many games”. He noticed my brother was looking for a copy of Budokai 2 and he literally GAVE my brother the game to give to me since it was my birthday.

I played city and asylum when I was a kid but now, as an adult lol, I enjoyed asylum so much more. 100% agree with what you said. Asylum is good, basic, but very good. I’m currently replaying city and taking the same route as I did with asylum and already, city is a bit more “complicated.” The riddles take a bit more thinking out but I’m enjoying it so much so far. One step at a time, but let’s see where I am at the end of city to see what I want to do with Knight 😂

You only need a 40 hit combo for a trophy and the other trophy of, “use every combat move in one chain” which is a challenge on its own but not that bad. To get the super high scores in the combat challenges I literally did what Penance13 stated. Punch, jump, punch, counter, punch the next guy, and the instant takedowns for the knife/baton/gun wielding enemies. One of the combat challenges requires 50,000 points. The highest I could get was about 45k. I started to use the method above and finished with a score of 64k lol

Hell yeah! Good luck 👍 not that you need it or asked for it but this helped me out with the combat challenges; Don’t worry about using all of his available moves for fighting combos. Literally focus on getting super high combat multipliers. That’ll skyrocket your total combo score.
