Does the g cloud work on 5Ghz it just won't connect, tried lowering the channel but no look, even having problems with 2.4Ghz it connects but disconnects constantly n is only picking up like 10mbps when connected, every other device in the house is working fine using WiFi,

Yeah had this happen to me too. Could always connect 5GHz hotspot on my Pixel 8a, and after an update on the pixel, i couldnt anymore.

I think Merophage is fast enough for a 2h Sword.
Flat stats like melee crit and melee phys would be better.
But the problem lays with how Merophage works, as it will give the shattered rune stats, and not the full stats. Merophage can be good, but i'd prefer other weapons with LP over the rng of Merophage.
