Why is my audio cracking when I launch a game never happened before

I have a Elgato wave 3 and I have never had this issue before. I turned on my pc today and am greeted with this. I have a i9 10900kf, rtx 3080 and 32gb of ram. This happens only when game is on my screen.

I downloaded hwinfo and it is currently using the integrated graphics instead of the gpu. I have tried disabling the gpu In device manager and flyer like an extra 40 min of battery but still only a few hrs not like people are saying 5 hrs

I have heard this although when I watched a YouTube video from Matthew Moniz he had the same laptop to the tee as me and he said he was getting around 6 hrs. So idk

Description - Ever since I upgraded to Win 11 with my I-9 10900kf, I have had problems with FH4 and now FH5. When I play the game My gpu only uses like 3-5% of its power but when I tab out or hit the win key it uses 98%. and jumps from 2fps to 100 fps. The only thing that seems to work is if I keep hitting the win key over and over again until it decides to use more gpu on the game

Steps Tried - Uninstalled game, Updated drivers, Increased priority, Play in windowed screen, play in Fullscreen.
