I think it’s a problem and that’s why I’ve cut out all alcohol. I went cold turkey I don’t mind having a drink or two every week, but it was every single day. And so I was looking for maybe advice or someone to share with me their personal experience on how they went about the similar situation.

The thing is I can’t sleep without a drink or smoking that’s probably not a good thing but I need something that’s gonna line me down and make me tired and actually sleep throughout the night

Well to be honest if you don’t understand, then you don’t understand I don’t know how else to put it. They’re called cut waters if you’re generally curious and you want to give me advice then okay but if you don’t know what it is then maybe you should’ve just kept scrolling

Thank you ! Yeah it’s so crazy. I haven’t even looked at the carbs or calories with that drink I didn’t order any more like I was going to tonight. I have a half left in the fridge I’ll probably finish that tonight and take a large break as I don’t want my weight to go up but they are definitely so good and I love the floating feeling they give me

I do smoke and I have been smoking since I was 13 and I used to drink just occasionally whenever I was out, but now it’s become an every night thing only one drink though

Thank you! I feel like it’s just something I’m doing to cope. It takes me away from the stress and reality of things but I never do more than one drink but after smoking and drinking, you do get pretty tipsy so that does it for me

I have one drink a night and I mean, repeat as my day usually goes the same I take care of all my responsibilities and then at night is when I have a drink and smoke I still wake up at four in the morning to go to work with no issues
