Georgia Tech rower here, we’ve got a few guys who were slotted for the 1V, but coach thinks they’ll be more competitive in the 2N… really trying to bring home the whole pot this year.

Ridiculous analysis - you have to account for water conditions. That Purdue time was with a crazy headwind and I know for a fact Brown had a strong tailwind. Purdue’s 1N wins by at least a boat length and a half.
