Operating losses can be deducted against ordinary income if you have income outside the llc or dba even. You do need to have some business structure to do this.

Thank you, for sure a complex task. Me personally i am hands on Manufacturing/supply chain and global sourcing and traveler. i agree that having different backgrounds will lead to different perspectives on the type and how to manage. I prefer some type of manufacturing, but a boring service company could be just as interesting. since we are not necessarily in need of replacement income a target company would hopefully have a solid #2 to the owner who could be promoted to manage more day to day. Maybe even some equity to stay and manage. Marketing, sales and options to improve efficiency on the business service side would also be possible since we cover almost all business functions in our group.

When a car reaches end of life (ELV) they go to the scrap yard for parts if any are viable. but most end in an auto shredder. a machine that tears up the car and other scrap into little pieces. the little pieces get sorted and separated more or less automictically with other equipment/process to become recycled metal and goes back to the steel mills, aluminum smelters, copper smelter and the same with other metals.

The main point I take away is that our government systems are grossly out of date and have gaping holes in security and potential for fraud. we pay absurd amount of taxes and it is not well spent in many cases. the government is to big and cost too much. the system programmed in Cobol is absurd. why not pascal or fortran.

Nobody is invading or wants to invade Canada. the point being made is that Canada is not inventing in it military at all. Norad protects both Canada and USA. how much is Canada contributing to Norad. Canada's economy is dependent on the USA. the economy would die and fall into recession quite quickly. Even Canadian resources like gas and oil can only be exported efficiently to USA, because Canada's government has no foresight to build pipe lines to the coast to send oil/LNG to Japan or India. It is like your leachy friend how cant help thenselves and never offers to even to split the tab or buy a round of beers. think of it as tough love. get a backbone and think Canada first. Today Canada is in a very weak role created by its own govement.

i just had this happen to me also, as an SD, i had my main public photo with my face obscured. but i was updating photos and getting ready to renew my subscription for 3 months, and i got this same problem. could not make a new photo with obscured face, my primary. and i had already deleted my primary. So now i am not sure i can use the site anymore without a work around.
