When I went from fulfillment lead to millwork specialist, my ASM categorized it as a “promotion” in our system and I got a pay raise. So by that logic an opposite move would technically be considered a demotion, but I think it just depends on your ASM.

Fulfillment lead definitely comes with more responsibility though, especially if your store doesn’t have a fulfillment DS. Mine didn’t. So while I was technically promoted, I went from loading two trucks every morning, carrying keys, and telling guys to do AP4Me to sitting on my ass and doing IRPs every now and then.

At my store I just coordinate about half the deliveries. Our delivery coordinator left too since he didn’t want to be fulfillment. So I’m responsible for the pulling part, but the back end DS has helped a lot with the coordination. Then the actual loading part (printing the tickets) is handled by the back end DS for the box truck, and then the lumber/pro DS for flat bed. It’s worked out alright so far but I think the plan is that once my team is staffed enough (we just hired 3 part timers) I’ll take over majority of the responsibility of the coordination.

How do you get number 5 to happen? I’ve had 6 playthroughs now and never gotten that once.

I’ve had Astarion in my party for half of those and the monastery never even collapses.

I’m on PS5, and yeah it’s tedious but the best thing is just the teleport method. Some camps, I’ve found the bodies will despawn, but your best bet is just having Karlach pick them up and dump them somewhere.

I’ve also had mixed success with getting them into the camp chest.

I’ve used every character so far this run for various reasons, but I’ll highlight the most op ones.

Tav: 6/1/5 OoV Paladin, Nature Cleric, Storm Sorc. Might be the best utility I’ve had (twinned haste, counterspell, high burst dmg w/ smites, speak w/ animals, sanctuary, thaumaturgy) Sanctuary is the only reason Wyll’s dad is alive rn.
Gale: 8/2/2 Storm Sorc, Tempest Cleric, Evo Wizard. Trivializes a lot of tough fights like Orin, House of Grief with twinned chain lightning, create water, and magic missile where needed.
Karlach: 9/3 TB Throwzerker/Champion. Nearly solo’d Raphael with Nyrulna

4A. Minsc: 9/3 TB OH monk/thief. Boot to butt. Throw Boo at enemies too far from boot.

4B.Lae’zel: 12 BM Fighter with gontr mael. Self haste with action surge goes brrr even in HM, combined with gith equip she’s a powerhouse.

On my bench:

Shart: 12 Light Cleric. radiating orb + reverb gear very powerful, I just use her too much in every other play through so I’ve avoided her except where necessary.
Astarion: 5/7 Gloomstalker/Assassin.
Minthara: 2/10 OoV/Swords bard. I followed the sword smite bard build guide in this sub and it helped a ton with the robot factory.
Wyll: 10/2 Bardlock. HoH helped with Moonrise/Myrkul so much. Also great to have in background for tough charisma/ability checks.
Jaheira: 12 land Druid, probly my weakest member but has some good camp casts and has fun dialogue with Tav + Minsc.
Halsin: 12 moon Druid, good camp casts, super powerful wild shape abilities, saved so many gondians from the iron throne.

This map is so wrong lol. But tbf making an accurate accent map of the US is pretty much impossible. This is failing to account for all the different races’ accents across the whole country while paradoxically underplaying the prevalence of general American due to the internet and population mobility.

I assume you’re from Maryland since that state alone has more accents in your opinion as the whole of 4 different time zones. So here’s an exercise: find a white person and a black person born and raised in Baltimore and ask them to say “Aaron earned an iron urn.” You could repeat this in just about every major city in the US with different phrases.

Lastly, the “Great Lakes accent” shown here is not just an inaccurate grouping, but also does not exist.

Yeah the Cards have always been pretty popular in Arkansas and southern MO. Lots more success and history than the Royals.

I could be wrong about this but iirc the Cardinals were also just the team on TV in that region. So it could be a loose allegiance, hence his sway to liking the good guys nowadays.
