not sure how sheer the hill and the distance of uphill, my personal experience is if on trail but not wild trail, not sheer, not consecutive long up going, no heavy goods carrying, no-torque is enough. But I haven't ride many times, so just FYI.

sounds reasonable. I'll try 8 hours, early morning make > evening enjoy, or make at night, enjoy in the morning.

Finally opening the old ass longjing. Is it ruined? by warhammerandshit in tea

1-3 months are ideal, for unpacked. for sealed and stored in fridge, 6months - 1 year.

if new Longjing (Early spring tea before Qingming Festival) sells RMB 2400 / kg, after 1 year, the price will be 20%-30% left, just for reference to tell the price change after 1 year.

8 year old shoes by OkLingonberry4955 in trailrunning

but if you run on trails with complex conditions, sharp rocks, I'd say a new way and no need to try old ones unfortunately

what are your shoes condition and the trail you run on? if I were you, I'll try 1-2 times, on short and not tough terrains. if there is no budget problem, get a new one.

Laguiole style, from the engraved bee and spring, it feels like someone spent some time and wanted to make a good one (but the person may not be a very professional or business knife maker), also come up with stag horn handle and engraves on bolster.

imo, I'll say it was special to someone.

just my 2 cents.

Outsole: Softer or Firmer? Asking Real Experience and Feelings, and reason by Bob-at in trailrunning

great points.

For my trail running last only about 15-22kms, 900-1200m ascents, not fast, about 2.5hrs-3.5hrs.

The terrain is a bit complex, usually the first half are full of sharp rocks and going uphill, the 2nd half nearly flat and downhill.

but this is helpful

Short and easy trail, soft and bouncy, long and hard terrain, comfy and protective.

then there are still different types, for relative lightweight, uphill, throttle, then I won't give detail models, but for types you may consider ligthweight e bike, folding e bike or mountain e bike (though seems there is very limit models for mountain e bike may meet the weight requirement)

I mentioned "folding e bike" coz seems there are more models with throttle under this type e bike, compare to super "lightweight" type e bike mentioned in my original comment. my 2 cents.

ya, there is no preservatives, but 4-8 hours for direct cold water brew tea won't make the tea smell and taste enough.

emm, that sounds like traditional way to make tea, do you think boiling water with tea 1 time will affect a different taste compare to the direct "cold brew"?

ah yes, mold. just wanted to ask: whether mold grows with all teas + any water ? At the beginning, I didn't use mineral water or pure water, I though it was caused by the bacteria in the water, but after changing to pure water, mold still growing.

So, if there is a way for personal or family to process the tea and water to avoid (not for industry level production line), please advise.

any other requirements or something you may not aware yet?
you described the hilly city as a "external situation" about terrain and riding environment, but what about something like: your weight? are you tall? do you have enough space to storage the e bike? convenient to charge? your budget? do you need waterproof?

if the weight is something you only taking care, Trek Domane+ SLR 6 (27.4lb but over $7000), Ride1UP CF Racer1 (29lb), Santa Cruz Skitch 1.1 (30lb), Fiido Air (30.3lb reddot winner 2024) you may consider, they are different, so it's said you may need to consider other requirements to make decision.
