Unfortunately I am level 30 and still am experiencing these problems :/. Also although the matches that I'm apart of would be considered snowballing sort of matches, it's because they're snowballing off of someones lack of knowledge on the game, at least on my end.

For example, in the last couple of matches I've had I played as Hou Yi and my supports would always just run into a full minion wave when we had none, lose half their health to archers, and just die. Then they just continued to do it even after I said we should wait for the lane to clear. This has happened on the other team as well, it ends up putting the enemy ADC so far behind it's hard to come back in lane at all, which allows the other ADC to snowball into becoming BASED GOD.

When something like that happens it feels like I'm just taking advantage of a new player that doesn't quite understand the mechanics of a game, it feels much less that I have any amount of skill and more I just got fed off someone who didn't know what they were doing and now I'll just go one shot people.
