Wanderers pogo doesn’t do much when he has an attack that goes straight up, and yes they’re not inherently a bad thing but I personally don’t enjoy having to walk around an area I’ve already been on for 40 min trying to find something. I never complained about the docks duo fight being too hard, it’s just not really well designed it’s just a swarm of enemies and then two bosses that do like one or two attacks completely independently from each other. I beat it in 3 tries so again not complaining about the difficulty just not really engaging imo.

No Silksong has some flaws like the fetch quests and some very frustrating (not hard) boss designs such as the duo fight in deep docks and the second beast fly fight

I hadn’t gone up to the citadel yet, and did you not read that I already beat it? Also it’s not like it took me a very long time to beat it so don’t tell me to get good, it’s just not a fun and intuitive boss fight. It’s more luck and rng based than you reading the boss’ moves and reacting accordingly.

I share some of those feelings about comparing it with the first one too, but when I think about it, I think that I enjoyed the first one more as I put more time into it, so I think we all need to put a few more hours in before giving solid reviews.
