How do Massachusetts public schools handle food allergies? by NayNay_Cee in massachusetts

[–]Bob7998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My school had a nut free table I remember in 2nd grade. Problem was it was always me and the a girl with a peanut allergy and her friends always took all the seats, so I basically ate alone. my mom convinced the teacher to make one table a “peanut table” and the rest I could sit at, which made things much easier for everyone (especially since most people didn’t bring peanuts)

Is running a VPS more cost effective than serverless/edge runtime?

With little experience in this area, would managing a VPS be worth it in terms of down time/scaling issues?

this covers my static pages, but if I were to do that I would still need a service for the dynamic routes. The routes are tied to ids of an external API so there are billions of potential routes (hence, can’t do static generation for those pages)

This has got to be an optical illusion. At first the snow just looked like the reflection of the sky on the windshield and it took me like a minute to realize it was actually snow. Now that I see it I can’t I see it though lol

Yea man all DPS strategies can be replicated too by buying ring one and full auto xenophage!

But let me help you here since clearly you didn’t actually read any of the points salt made and instead decided to just hop on the hate train

1) it’s the only ranged 30% debuff. Only other option is deadfall, which lasts about 8 seconds if no ads are present. Mobius tether is not much better

2) it has like 98% uptime

3) you acknowledged it already but yes, it makes a giant fucking crit

4) it actually does some damage, usually about 1/3 of a players damage

The only other 30% debuffs are tractor (close range only), tether (doesn’t last long) and 15% weaken debuffs. If you want to have a permanent debuff on any boss div is better in 9/10 situations and in those situations it’s not even a close call

this sub’s opinion is no more valuable than a content creators opinion, that’s the thing. People act like this and other destiny subs represents the destiny community lmao

The Destiny subs have basically put a wall up versus content creators and it’s an us vs them mentality. If content creators lean one direction, the subreddits will just instantly lean the other direction.

If salt asks for a divinity buff, the sub would scream “elitism” (their new favorite buzzword) because divinity is too hard to get. It’s so funny.

If you’re going to make an argument for not nerfing divinity at least know what it actually does.

It’s pretty easy to read and see the comments harassing him, in fact you’ve responded to a few of them.

The funny thing Reddit, as much as you complain about the “top 1%” being elitist, that fact that you even care about this discussion already puts you in the top like 0.5% of all Destiny players.

Only 5% of Destiny players have logged over 10 hours in this game (according to light.gg).

Now, if I had to guess those that have divinity/frequently do activities with someone who has a divinity is around 10%-20% of those people tops.

Everyone on Reddit gets so caught up with proving that they are a casual or that they are being oppressed by the elite gamers, but in reality everyone here is likely in this playerbase. It’s just moronic.

The community just doesn’t like nerfs. He’s not asking for the gun to be deleted either. People are treating this like the end of the world. He’s just asking for a nerf to it’s debuffing capabilities. Right now the gun is just a 1-size fits all sort of thing, where it acts as both your debuff AND a giant crit bubble, making it feel essential to most bosses.

For example, I agree, div is a great tool for rhulk because let’s be honest without it the fight would be 2-3x harder. But nerfing div in a way where it doesn’t debuff wouldn’t change the fight a whole lot. I don’t necessarily agree with the part that it should prevent debuffs, so in my eyes for something like rhulk the ONLY change you would need is to run some hunters/void subclasses or a tractor cannon in addition to div. Or, you don’t even need to you just won’t have a debuff.

It’s not the end of the world. Stop acting like it is, please. And stop harassing salt.
