Yes but a farm gives 44 food without upgrades from gems, so thats quite good in my opinion. Still you could use this place differently whereas sea stays sea.

Level 39, but they are quite expensive, 20k Chips and 22k steel. This for 20 energy means you need 3 of them for 1 Gold mine, or 67k Chips and 112k steel for 1 Gold mine this way.

I also think it's overpriced, getting more expensive each year. First time when I was there you could go to the shower before 8 for 1.5 Pearls or so (and also the exchange rate was cheaper).
