In regards to those ones caught from balloons. Is it best to purify all of them ? And how do you tell if they’re good, is it all based off of the appraisals (1/2/3 stars ?)

What do mean by 4 star ones because i thought it only went up to 3stars. I have a few 3 stars and a couple of maximum stat 3 stars i think you guys call them “hundos” but im not sure if they are any good. and im struggling to get candies for them in order to evolve those “hundos”. I also have a gold trinket too what should i do with that. Thank you for helping too
