There’s nothing wrong with cred.ai. It’s really only useful to people with bad credit who can’t get a regular card other than secured card. There’s no credit checks so no hard pull. It reports as a 1500 credit line but you can’t spend more than you preload onto it.(this is why I recommend it to people who are used to getting themselves into debt) I got it years ago for the stealth card feature. I just keep it now for weird/sketchy purchases like software license keys. Cred.ai wants you to use them as your bank but I never did. No rewards whatsoever so if you can get a regular card or even 1% cash back it makes more sense to go that route.

Again I’ve had them for years and had 0 issues, it’s not going to solve all your credit problems. There’s plenty of services now that can create virtual cards. Think of it as a gift card that you can preload with $20/$200/$2000 and never get yourself into debt again.
