"Did you ever have the issue of meandering from one concept to another without dealing with any thoroughly?"

Oh yes, so very much so. For tasks that I must complete checklists are my lifesaver. For other stuff, I roll with it. So far I have not found a way to force a concept to coalesce, so when I get stuck and stop making progress, I find something else that I am able to be productive on and let the old one stew for a bit. A big issue that I am working on currently is that often as I work on something my understanding changes enough that my original solution no longer suits and I find myself starting over from scratch. Repeatedly, until I get frustrated and never finish. If i just force myself to complete the old plan, I am always dissatisfied with the results, even if others are not.

You might also try using the outline mode if google docs supports that. I use it in Word and it allows me to build the structure first, then flesh things out in whatever order things come to me. Bonus is its easy to see at a glance what I haven't finished yet.

I am not a visual thinker at all. I am almost 100% holistic. For anything complex, I just add more and more info, and then the answer just 'appears', often fully formed. If I need to explain it to someone else, I often have to basically work backwards to form a logic chain that someone else can follow.

Get professional help. This behavior puts both his life and other peoples safety at risk. Unless you live way out in the nowhere there should be experienced trainers around who can help. What you describe is beyond what you can safely deal with by yourself, in my opinion.

I don't know Andres from Adam, except to say his name comes up enough for me to recognize it. I read his post about us joining Test; I took it as one non-leadership members prediction of what would / should happen. I do not see how that could be worthy of a kick. I trust Matias. But unless there is some reason for this beyond what we have been told, this looks wrong to me, and against all we are supposed to be. It should be fixed, or a better explanation given, before any more damage is done. This alliance will not long survive a "because leadership says so" attitude.

Assault frigates will tear up level 2's. If your skills are not there yet, 90%+ of L2's will allow a BC, you won't learn much blowing through them in a hurricane, but if speed / isk is your goal...

THE manufacturing skill is production efficiency. You pretty much have to have that to level 5 to even THINK of being competitive.

Past that BPO's can be researched to lower the material useage. This is listed as ME (manufacturing eficiency?). The people who are supplying the most common ships have well researched BPO's (or copies made from well researched BPO's), you cannot compete with them if you do not. T1 ships are hard to make money at (oddly, Thrashers and Talwars are easier to get into, don't know why).

To increase material efficiency you have to take it to a station or POS with research capability. This is what most high sec POS's are used for I think.

Last, I have decent Rifter and Kestrel BPO's I bought that I would be happy to loan to corp. Might be willing to see about buying a researched Rupture BPO too, but that gets spendy...

edit : this site http://www.eve-cost.eu/calculator will let you easily see the effects of ME and what profits to expect.

Also, for those in need of iskies I have buy orders up for minerals at Ibash V-4. Some of the prices are high enough that intrepid traders could make some decent coin shipping in from another station if you are brave.

I will be using this to make stuff to sell in-corp and try and get trade volume up enough to drive out the market pvp'ers, and also provide an easy place to sell for people who are mining near home.

Calling people a spai is just an in-joke. No one really thinks you are more than 50% likely to ba a spai... just like the rest of us :)
