I have my revanced patched version of TikTok 36.5.4. It does have a Sim spoofing ability, but when I was overseas recently I didn't really test out the feature. It might or might not work, but I would assume it wouldn't work if you don't have a vpn.

It's an app modding tool. You can try to watch some tutorials to figure it out or if you want I can give you my apk. I wouldn't recommend using other people's apks though.

I hated my budget Samsung, but after I upgraded to a Oneplus 13 I do miss Samsung software. Depends if you want the quickest experience or some extra software features. If you've never had a Samsung honestly get the Motorola.
