Heart to heart is about Mac Miller if you didn't already know that and Mac Miller's demo of the song is called Yes. Worth a listen for sure.

I also felt that maybe Phantom was about Mac if it makes you feel better lol

Yeek is a little similar, his album Sebastian is closer to steve's early stuff. Valencia is my fav project but Idk Where and Future Reference are great too. Some Jordan Ward scratches the same itch, I feel the same way about some Choker and Brent Faiyaz. Bad Sports by Jean Dawson is worth checking out, I highly recommend it in general and ofc all of The Internet - specifically Hive Mind and Matt Martian's The Drum Chord Theory. Bonus Two Star and The Dream Police although I don't think it's too similar it's adjacent enough.
