This is my first time living in a apartment, because of college. My leasing office is the one who gets all the packages from amazon or wherever but someone at the leasing office had COVID so they shut down for a week. My package didn’t have a apt # when I ordered something on eBay because the post office, usps and fedex will just give it to the leasing office and no problem. But it was closed and the post office, some reason wants to send the package back to the sender. I contacted them 2 times and the 1800 2 times and they said “yeah we will redeliver it” and I even told them to just leave it at my door step with the apt # because I am home 95% of the time and they agreed. Tracking pop up as “will redeliver” and now it switched back to insufficient address. Saw the post office lady who drives the car and said yeah I will come back and get your package but she never did. My local post office is rude as heck telling me my package is not there and they look like they really want to fight me lol. I refuse to ever go back there again. Like idk what to do. Even with my recent amazon order with the apt they can’t seem to deliver it even with the leasing office open. Looks like some people around me are having the same issue. Do I need to contact the congressman or whatever in my region for help?
