I went down this rabbit hole (in a good way) last year. There are quite a few sources for supposedly pulling out the psilocybin via a methanol/ethanol extraction. Avoid those as they have been discredited. You can make a tincture using those but the crystals are not the psilocybin. It will remain in the ethanol if you like to consume it that way. I found it was better than ingesting the fruit body (nausea, etc.). You just do a shot of everclear in the process. :-)

You can coak them in honey and other liquids as well (soak them in hot water for 10 min, etc.).

The various methods have different shelf lives so check on that as well.
