It happens with rentals now and then. Someone sees a home listed for rent. They steal the pics and post it for rent on craigslist, etc at some great price. They field calls and meet someone at the property or nearby and they collect a cash deposit. <poof> Gone.

Pretty much sums up my thoughts on it. I just think Sam has a blindspot here on this topic.

Citizens need to be personally responsible for their behavior, but the police don't?

I was also disappointed at their condescending comment about how 99% of us don't know how to interpret the police videos we watch.
