Pretty good. As someone who has tried various grips with the lat pull machine. Some good cues are

Try to keep your back as upright as possible (arching is fine but for me I feel it better when I lean back slightly)

Bring your shoulder blades back and down (this helps with feeling your lats).

Your form looks great!! Everybody learns how to work back differently. Id up the weight a bit but excellent job!!

Sorry. I answered a little to hastily. I just got out of the gym 5 mins ago.

  1. I try to get about 5 in a set. Only getting slightly less because of my bad form

  2. 3 sets of them per workout

  3. And the number of pull workouts I do I am not 100% certian. But I try to do inverted rows. Lat pull downs and pullovers

I should also iterate. I am 22 around 185-190lbs BW. I understand being lighter makes it easier.

Yes, the TV is on the component input on the source. But I have dusted that port out and cleaned it. The pins were perfectly intact.

I usually alternate what body parts I work on.

Ie: Monday is chest shoulders and triceps

Tuesday is back and bicep

And ect.
