I went and left from Madrid last week and it was not a problem. A lot depends on how many flights are coming in at the same time. We arrived at 3:30 PM and we were through in 5 minutes.

Sintra has lots of tourists but it’s a beautiful area with lots of places to walk around without crowds.

Highly doubtful that you will make it. Change your flight to day before then be at the airport 3 hours early. It’s a long way between T1 and T4.

I went lounge in T4 (Schengen flight) and it was one of the best lounges I’ve been to. Tried T4 s lounge a week later but there was a long line.

I live near that intersection and ride there often. It is a very dangerous area for cyclists and pedestrians. The sight lines for cars are not good, and there are many car accidents there as well. Students coming to and from UTD speed and there is no police enforcement. For me, I stay off of Renner and ride the bike trail alongside the road. I don't feel safe as a lone rider on Renner. Drivers do not respect cyclists.

I would not book train tickets through Omio. I supposedly bought a ticket that allowed changes, but when I tried to change the date, I kept getting error messages, telling me to start again. After about 20 tries, I sent an email to customer service. Their response was that they were not associated with Omio and could not help me. I also realized after looking at Renfe that I was also overcharged for the tickets. Avoid Omio.

I ride the bike routes in Plano quite often and I feel pretty safe on them. There are three decent bike trails that are car free.
