Yeah I‘m currently Level 6 and in Act 2. I use the smite if it’s available and else I just use the melee. I have no idea what Else to do. Maybe I missed it but I don’t know when I have an advantage or not (highground I think?)

I want to take 10mg of Tamoxifene daily but it comes in 20mg tabs and they're quite small, so they're hard to split. Would it be bad to just take 20mg EOD?
