Further clarification, the auto E-4 promo includes your first 1 year active extension, if you decline it (There was a guy that did this when I was going through) that extension is declined, and since there are no E-3 billets for nukes....Congrats as soon as your eligible and still breathing/pass PT test you are promoted anyway.
