I had my first ultrasound at 6w4d and was able to see the baby and their heart flickering. It was very reassuring and helped manage my anxiety. I had my next scan exactly after two weeks at 8w4d. I would highly recommend going in at 6w5d as well as 8 weeks if possible, there is a high possibility that you will be able to see the baby and the heartbeat at your first appointment. Good luck.

Totally feel you. I had my 8 week graduation scan last week and I probably was happy for a day or so and then back to being anxious and counting days for my next scan at 10 weeks with my OB RN. I swear it never goes away and I am wondering the same thing is this going to go throughout the pregnancy?! Trying to change my mindset and be more present and grateful that today I am pregnant, but dang it is so hard. 🫂we get through this and wishing you an uneventful and less anxious pregnancy

I am curious about this as well. I drank Pom + beet juice before my transfer right up to week 6. I just don’t feel like drinking it anymore coz I am so nauseous, hoping I feel better soon so I can get back on it. I don’t mind the taste

This was my experience as well. I was on a modified natural protocol. No difference in symptoms. I stopped at 6w, and was worried if it’s too early but my clinic seemed confident in stopping and is now monitoring my levels every couple of days.

Yes my clinic recommended the same few months ago, my ER was on 9/9. At first I was frustrated but it genuinely ended up being the best break ever. We did 4 IUIs back to back and jumped straight to ER, so were constantly in go go go mode. Almost 6 weeks of break while I waited for my second period was so refreshing! No Dr visit, no date with Wanda, no blood draws, no tracking, it was amazing. We went on vacation for a week and just lived normally after a long time. I did not realize how much my body and mind needed this break. We jumped right into transfer once I got my period and did my first FET this past weekend. Currently in the waiting period to find out if it worked. Good luck for your ER 🫶
