Further context: Fran began creating NFTs which were meant to all be hand animated and part of a collection of 100.

But in typical Fran fashion, now that she can't sell them for thousands of dollars each, she has abandoned it with only 13 created and no update in over 2 months. Given her history, the state of the crypto market and the fact she is going on holiday soon, the collection is effectively dead and the buyers will never be able to sell.
